Shipping & Order Policy

Standard Shipping

 

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class with standard delivery estimated at 3–6 business days from the ship date (not the order date).  Please note: transit times may vary depending on your location. We are based on the East Coast, so customers in other regions may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Living Greek does not guarantee delivery dates. All shipping time frames are estimates provided by USPS.

​

Delivery & Lost Packages

 

We take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by USPS, Living Greek is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

​

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS office immediately.

​

Claims of non-receipt must be reported within 30 days of the purchase date.

​

Incorrect Shipping Address

 

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.  Living Greek is not responsible for errors in address entry.

​

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for a re-shipping fee. Once the fee is paid, the original package will be reshipped within 3 business days.

 

If the re-shipping fee is not paid within a reasonable time, the package will become the property of Living Greek and no refund will be issued.

Discount Codes

​

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Be sure to click “Apply” to see your total update.

• Only one discount code may be used per order.

• Codes cannot be combined with bundle discounts, gift cards, or store credit.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or after an order is placed.

Pick Up & Delivery

 

We do not offer local pickups or delivery for online orders at this time. All purchases are shipped directly through USPS with tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

​

We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted on eligible items in original condition (excluding custom orders or final sale items).

​

How to Request a Return:

​

1. Email info@livinggreek.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

2. Once approved, include your RA# and a printed copy of the confirmation page with your return.

3. Ship your return (with tracking) within 3 days of receiving your RA#.

Once received, your return will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. Please note: return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for lost or untracked items.
