Payment: We accept payment through PayPal, which is a safe and convenient way to pay by credit card.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT E-CHECKS (via PayPal).
Shipping: ***Due to packages being lost/not received all items will be mailed with a tracking number (which usually arrives in 7-14 Business days) starting at ($6.50). All items are mailed within 4-7 business days (unless otherwise specified) and should arrive after shipping within 5 to 10 business days. PLEASE make sure that the address provided is accurate to insure you receive your items. In the event the wrong address is provided, and the package is NOT returned to us there will be no refund. If the package is returned and needs to be mailed to the correct address, an additional payment for shipping will be required.
Most shipments come with a tracking number, once that package is tracked as delivered to the requested address, Living Greek is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns that are in the same condition as when shipped. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on special items (e.g., Custom), any items listed as "Final Sale" and we do not issue refunds or accept returns for such purchases.
You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s). All merchandise must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) or it will not be accepted. In order to obtain RA#, you must contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, PRINT THE PAGE AND RETURN WITH YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made. Evaluation criteria include the following:
Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, and all original packaging included.
Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days from receiving your RA#. The evaluation process may take up to 7 business days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
The buyer will have to pay for return shipping that occurs (with tracking). Living Greek will not be held responsible for lost items not received.
